It comprises five topical units, which describes a certain aspect of life that is relevant to the students, thus teaching the Chinese language in terms of listening, speaking, grammar and vocabulary.Each unit contains approximately 200 vocabulary items, which are listed with Pinyin, Chinese characters, part of speech, foreign language translation, and are listed in order of their appearance in the lessons.
